A sheet metal shop is a must for quality control and timely delivery. Our complete line of sheet metal equipment allows us to cut, form and deliver all ductwork and fittings to any job.
For quality fitted duct, we typically recommend a CNC plasma system. We have two CNC plasma cutters and a 5 foot coil line to make the ductwork. We use a flanged duct connector (TDF) for a stronger and more leak-free duct system. Bolting the duct connector and gasket joint together allows for faster job-site installation.
Our plasma cutters can make roof curb adapters fit obsolete roof curbs for installation of new roof top units. Roof curb adapters can be made in just a few days.
Kitchen welded grease duct can be measured cut and welded faster when all of processes are under one roof.
For budget conscious projects we offer fiberglass ductboard. We cut and assemble in our shop to speed onsite installation.
